Compference is a must for C-level execs, HR leaders and compensation professionals. It not only explores relevant and challenging topics for today’s compensation professional, it’s an opportunity to network face to face with industry peers, and hear the perspectives of other stakeholders outside of compensation departments. The event serves as an excellent forum to exchange both ideas and challenges that compensation business partners face day-to-day. Compference also provides hands-on compensation guidance for employers and is designed to help them make modern compensation a reality at their organization as they seek to best their competitors in the quest for talent and to retain the employees they want to keep.

“Compference was all I thought it would be and more.  All of the keynote speakers were top notch—I couldn’t even pick a favorite—they were all that good.  In addition to valuable learning through breakout sessions, I walked away with many one-on-one connections with other comp professionals.”  —Compference17 attendee and Compensation Manager, Healthcare.
