DNA Plc files listing application in respect of its EUR 250 million bond

DNA Plc announced on 20 March 2018 the issuance of a senior unsecured bond of EUR 250 million (the "New Notes"). The New Notes mature on 27 March 2025 and carries a fixed annual interest at the rate of 1.375 per cent and had an issue price of 99.663 per cent.

DNA Plc has today filed an application with Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd for the admission to trading of the New Notes on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. Such listing application is subject to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approving a listing prospectus in respect of the New Notes.

Subject to the approval of the listing application, Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the New Notes to trading on the official list as from 29 March 2018.

Nordea Bank AB (publ) and OP Corporate Bank plc acted as Joint Lead Managers for the issue of the bond.
