The above bond will be redeemed upon maturity on 16 April 2018 at a price of 145.54.
The redemption price is calculated based on the inception prices of the individual shares calculated based on average closing prices as at 31 March 2015, 1 April 2015 and 2 April 2015, as well as corresponding closing prices calculated as the average closing prices as at 26 March 2018, 27 March 2018 and 28 March 2018. The bond is denominated in USD, and the total return is thus determined in USD. A detailed calculation of the return is shown below.

* An adjustment was made on 1 July 2015, as a result of the company's announced spin-off as at 1 July 2015, when Baxter International Inc. was split into two companies (Baxter International Inc and Baxalta Inc.). This resulted in an adjustment of the closing price to the effect that this is calculated on the basis of an equally weighted basket of Baxter International Inc. and Baxalta Inc.
Repayment will be made to the bondholders' account controllers via VP Securities A/S with 16 April 2018 as the value date.
