During the visit to Larson Electronics Mr. Bresnahan issued a guided tour around the manufacturing facility. For the Highway 34 bypass project, Mr. Richards worked closely with the TxDOT, the Regional Transportation Council and state legislators to ensure completion. Mr. Richards also established the Building Standards Commission for Terrell, which resulted in the removal of 234 hazardous structures during his tenure. These accomplishments show Mr. Richards’ experience, knowledge and capabilities in addressing various aspects of bringing business into communities.
