According DNA's application, FICORA granted a surcharge for data transfers associated with retail roaming services. License became valid as of 15 April 2018. The decision does not oblige DNA to charge roaming service surcharges, or prevent DNA from charging surcharges that are lower than those confirmed by FICORA's decision.

Roaming regulation came into force in the EU area on 15 June 2017, and FICORA issued DNA with a licence to apply roaming service surcharges, in accordance with Article 6c of Roaming Regulation No 531/2012.
