(Nasdaq:TRUP), a leading provider of medical insurance for cats and dogs, will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 7, 2018.  The Annual Meeting will be held at Trupanion’s corporate headquarters, located at 6100 4^th Avenue South, Suite 200, Seattle, Washington 98108. The date of April 13, 2018 was established as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.

In addition to routine stockholder approvals related to director election and auditor selection, Trupanion is hosting its 2^nd annual investor and analyst day.  This annual event is designed to be the best opportunity for Trupanion stockholders and guests to understand Trupanion’s achievements and challenges over the past 12 months and its strategic vision going forward.  Stockholders and guests will be provided tours of Trupanion’s headquarters, listen to presentations from management, and – most importantly – have an opportunity for direct Q&A with the entire leadership team.
