Mission Ready Announces Appointment of Former NYPD Commissioner to Board of Directors, Provides May 2018 Corporate Update

Bratton, to the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) and to provide an update on the Company’s recent advancements.

Board Changes
Mission Ready is pleased to announce the appointment of William (Bill) J. Bratton as a member of the Company’s board of directors, effective May 1, 2018. Currently serving as the Vice Chairman for the Secretary of Homeland Security’s Advisory Council, Mr. Bratton, during a 46-year career in law enforcement, instituted progressive change while leading six police departments, including seven years as Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department and two nonconsecutive terms as the Police Commissioner of the City of New York. Mr. Bratton is the only person ever to lead the police agencies of America’s two largest cities. Mr. Bratton currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Teneo Risk (“Teneo”). Major General, US Army (Retired) Peter N. Fuller has announced that, effective April 30, 2018, he will step down from the Company’s Board of Directors and move to its Advisory Committee. General Fuller stated he will step down as a director of the Company to facilitate the appointment of Mr. Bratton to the Board and to also allow him to support new developing opportunities within Cypress International, Inc., where he is its President & Chief Operating Officer. Management wishes to express their sincere appreciation for General Fuller’s valuable contributions to the Company since joining the Board in 2012 and they are very happy to welcome General Fuller to the Company’s Advisory Committee.  In his capacity as an Advisory Committee member, General Fuller will continue to provide invaluable insights and direction to Mission Ready as it continues to move forward in becoming an industry leader in tech-centric Personal Protective Solutions tailored to Law Enforcement, DOD and DHS.

Mission Ready reports that shareholders represented in person and by proxy approved all resolutions brought before them at the Company’s 2018 Annual General and Special Meeting (the “AGSM”) of its shareholders held in Arlington, Virginia on April 24, 2018. Grant of Options
Mission Ready reports that it has granted incentive stock options (the “Options”), pursuant to its stock option plan, for a total of 1,070,000 common shares of the Company, to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of five (5) years.

2017 Audited Annual Financial Statements

Debenture Conversions
Mission Ready is pleased to report that all of the outstanding Debentures from the brokered private placement financing that closed on June 1, 2017 have been converted, eliminating an aggregate of CAD$800,000, plus accrued interest, in cash obligations payable by the Company.
