DLTA 21 Blockchain Corp. Announces Appointment of Thomas R. Zengage to the Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DLTA 21 Blockchain Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas R. Zengage to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective April 30, 2018. Mr. Zengage replaced Mr. Ford Nicholson, who has resigned from the Board due to increasing demands of other professional commitments, however Mr. Nicholson will remain an advisor to the Company.

About Thomas R. Zengage

Mr. Zengage is a long-term serial entrepreneur based in Tokyo. Including deals with partners in Singapore, he is an investor in early stage blockchain startups globally and an independent director of a major Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company. In the high technology and Internet fields Zengage has led consulting engagements on behalf of IBM, Amazon, and other companies. He was CEO and the major shareholder of Japan’s pioneering investor relations firm, later acquired by WPP plc (“WPP”), which appointed him CEO of Ogilvy PR Japan. Zengage afterwards became CEO of Edelman PR Japan. He later completed a Leveraged Buy Out of part of the firm he previously sold to WPP. Zengage graduated from Columbia University’s Columbia College, where he studied Chinese. After graduate studies in Japanese he completed an MBA at the University of Washington.
