LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a rating system that is recognized as the international mark of excellence for green building in over 160 countries and territories. The LEED for Building Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings (LEED O+M: Existing Buildings) helps building owners and operators measure operations, upgrades and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts. LEED O+M: Existing Buildings addresses whole-building cleaning and maintenance issues, indoor air quality, recycling programs, exterior maintenance programs, and systems upgrades.

Towers I, II and III

  • Energy savings of 13% (4.8 million ekWh) between 2012 and 2017
  • Waste diversion rate of 86%

Tower IV

  • Energy savings of 11% (1.8 million ekWh) between 2014 and 2017
  • Waste diversion rate of 82%
