The Craig McConnon Group is delighted to announce that Hot Since 82 has locked the following – Carl Craig, Sasha and Miss Kitten for this years Labyrinth Ibiza Residency which will start on the 25th May 2018 and will last 21 weeks ending on the 12th October 2018. The Labyrinth festival is a party in Ibiza which gives the island a platform to widen its musical horizon. The party will have a range of music from disco to house, and techhouse to techno.
Craig McConnon speaking at the Craig McConnon Group in London added “I love the concept for this year – a Labyrinth Story and its going to be held at the legendary Pacha for the second year in a row. Its going to be a fantastic night and it will take place every Friday night. It runs for a massive 21 weeks from the 25th May so it gives everyone a long time to ensure they get to Ibiza and experience this electrical party. I love the Pacha venue purely because of its new renovation and redesign and its truly a really amazing place. Fans are definitely in for a real treat”.
The Craig McConnon Group has confirmed that a lot of the line up has already been confirmed for music fans. First of all, Adam Beyer and his wife Ida Engberg will be there. In addition, DJ Harvey will be returning for the second year running. There will also be performances by Pete Tong and fellow Radio 1 alumni and master of melancholy Kolsch. Furthermore, Sasha and Carl Craig have also been invited back too. Other big names also include Matthias Tanzmann, Heidi, George FitzGerald and Miss Kittin.
Craig McConnon added “Its nice to see some new artists, and also some returning back from last years event. I have also heard that other familiar faces who will be returning are Eats Everything, Agoria, Butch and Nick Curly, so its going to be a great Friday night at Pacha for sure. Ibiza is one of the great places for music events and Pacha in my opinion is one of the best locations too. I believe tickets are now on sale so I recommend music fans to look online and start booking your tickets right away. I am planning to go myself sometime in August and spend a few days in Ibiza so I will most definitely be checking this out as well.”
The Craig McConnon Group has also confirmed there will be some live acts which will include Henrik Schwarz who will feature for the very first time. Furthermore, maestros Guti and Martin Buttrich will also unite for one of their improvised double-acts. In addition, last year’s residents, La Fleur and Matthias Meyer will also return as well. Last of all, it has been advised that Pacha’s in house residents, Alex Kennon and Angel Linde will also feature as well.
Craig McConnon continued “In May, the tempo in Ibiza always changes in a massive way. Usually we start seeing more and more bars open, we see much more staff and also lots of visitors start coming into Ibiza. The whole atmosphere changes drastically. Pacha was closed over the Winter and when it reopened its doors, the makeover that they had done was spectacular and well worth the wait. From the outside everything looks the same, but you get the biggest shock when you enter. First of all the first open space room is now connected to the main room, so literally take a couple of steps and you are onto the dance floor. Next, as soon as you enter, you can literally immediately see the rest of the club, the DJ booth and the lights on the dancefloor. The DJ booth also rises in the centre of the night club. Its an amazing atmosphere and so infectious”.
Craig McConnon ended by saying “This event sounds like it will be a great party on Friday nights at Pacha. I have not been to Pacha since they renovated the place and I personally cannot wait to go. Its mean to have a much larger main room and the remodelling that they have done looks stunning in the pictures online. It will be great to see Hot Since 82 back at the helm of Friday nights at Pacha, especially after his success last year. This is definitely a great night and I thoroughly recommend it to party lovers”.
