(OTC Pink:GSRX) (“Green Spirit” or, the “Company”) announced today that it has requested final inspection of its medicinal cannabis dispensary located in Carolina, Puerto Rico by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico (the “DHPR”). The Company previously announced (Construction Completed at Carolina Dispensary) completion of construction of its second medical cannabis dispensary located in Carolina, on the island’s northeastern coast, iimmediately east of San Juan. The Company is now in the process of staffing the location, and once the dispensary passes inspection and the DHPR issues the requisite Occupational License for Establishment, the Company will be ready to begin operations.
The new Green Spirit RX medicinal cannabis dispensary is located at 65th Infantry Avenue, Km 11.00, marginal 3, Lomas de Carolina, Puerto Rico, 00987. The dispensary is a safe, secure and beautifully appointed space where patients will be afforded both private consultation and a wide assortment of medicinal cannabis products for purchase. Located on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico, just east of San Juan and Trujillo Alto. Carolina is the fourth largest city in Puerto Rico.
