OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION OF MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY EMPLOYEE VOTING
Due to the resigning of BoD member Jørgen Lagerbon from Glunz & Jensen the company has held an employee election today in order to elect a new BoD member in accordance with Selskabslovens §§ 140 – 143.
The result of the employee election is that Kristian Kvistgaard is the new BoD member elected by the employees of Glunz & Jensen.
Kristian Kvistgaard will be registered as a BOD member in Glunz & Jensen Holding A/S at Erhvervsstyrelsen.
