Hearing Date Set in ParkerVision’s Patent Infringement Case Against Qualcomm and Apple

Markman Claim Construction Hearing and Technology Tutorial to be Held on August 31, 2018


JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRKR) (“ParkerVision”), a developer and marketer of technologies and products for wireless applications, announced today that the claim construction hearing, known as a Markman hearing, will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018, in ParkerVision’s patent infringement suit against Qualcomm and Apple (Case No. 3:15-cv-1477) in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida.  The Court also scheduled a technology tutorial immediately preceding the Markman hearing and has set aside the full day for the proceedings.  The proceedings will take place at the Bryan Simpson United States Courthouse in Jacksonville, Florida.
