Repeat order for a research MBE system in India

Bezons, May 24, 2018 - 5:45 pm - RIBER, a global market leader for semiconductor industry equipment, is announcing the order for a research MBE system in India.

The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, has ordered a research MBE system, Model Compact 21T. This system will contribute to further strengthen its research capabilities to develop new optoelectronic devices using quantum dot lasers emissions.

This repeat order is the 4th RIBER system operated at IIT Bombay.

This commercial success is part of RIBER's continued expansion into India's growing market, where RIBER has already an installed base of 16 systems, representing 64% of the total fleet.

The Compact 21 is the world's best-selling research MBE system.

The system will be delivered in 2019.
