Windels Marx Expands Litigation, Trusts & Estates and Tax Practices

John M. Loalbo Joins as Partner in Madison, NJ Office

NEW YORK, June 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP today announced the arrival of experienced probate litigation lawyer John M. Loalbo as partner in its Madison, NJ office.

Loalbo joins Windels Marx from Riker Danzig, where he was partner, counseling clients in a wide range of industries in matters involving tax, trusts, and estate planning. With over 30 years of experience, many of Loalbo’s accomplishments highlight probate litigation, a specialized and growing area of law that will complement the full-service firm.

“John offers a unique skill set with more than three decades of experience in tax, trusts and estates and litigation,” said Windels Marx Managing Partner Robert J. Luddy. “This combination of extensive litigation experience with tax, trusts and estates knowledge is invaluable to achieving a client’s objectives, whether in probate litigation or estate planning.”

Loalbo’s probate litigation experience also informs the estate planning choices offered at the law firm. His experience allows him to anticipate commonly litigated issues and recommend estate plan features to reduce the likelihood of plans ending in the litigation phase.

A graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Loalbo received an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University Journal of Tax Law. While at Gonzaga John was a member of the Canadian-American Law Review. He earned his B.A. from Seton Hall University.
