LOS ANGELES, June 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Peter Adderton, founder and former CEO of Boost Mobile USA, today announced he has retained the services of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP (Manatt) to represent his concerns regarding the proposed merger of Sprint and T-Mobile. Today’s announcement follows Adderton’s May 21, 2018 press release in which he laid out those concerns. More recently, Adderton announced the launch of ALL4PRICE.COM, a website created to educate consumers, wireless users, legislators and staffers at the FCC and DOJ about these concerns.
Jack Quinn will lead the Manatt team. Quinn is a partner in both the government and litigation practices and serves as chair of the federal regulatory and government practice group. Quinn earlier served as Counsel to the President of the United States. In that role, he advised and counseled President Bill Clinton and all senior White House staff on a wide range of legal matters related to policy and legislation. At the time of his appointment as White House Counsel, Quinn was Chief of Staff and Counselor to Vice President Al Gore.
