CHICAGO, June 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Family Office Exchange (FOX), a global learning and networking community of enterprise families and their key advisors, will offer two learning events in July: The FOX Family Office Forum (formerly known as the FOX Financial Executives Forum), followed immediately by the FOX Family Security Workshop, a new FOX program.
The FOX Family Office Forum provides an opportunity for all family office executives to get critical updates on tax and estate planning, human capital issues, and selecting technology for the family office. The FOX Family Security Workshop, presented for the first time this year, will begin immediately after the Forum and will cover the latest thinking on cyber, personal, and physical security concerns for family offices. The FOX Family Security Workshop is included for Forum participants but can also be attended as a stand-alone event.
The FOX Family Office Forum™ – July 17-18
This Forum will provide insights into how families are approaching implementation of the new income and estate tax regulations. It will also provide an overview of how families should think about the selection of technology and will include, as it has in years past, demonstrations by numerous leading technology providers.
“The name of the FOX Financial Executives Forum has been updated to the FOX Family Office Forum, reflecting its broader scope,” says Alexandre Monnier, President of Family Office Exchange. “A wide range of roles, including CEOs, HR managers, technology heads, financial executives, and operations executives in all family offices will find the topics and peer dialogues covered at the Forum relevant and stimulating.”
Break-out sessions at the Forum will cover creating an effective team in the family office, alternatives to maintaining a fixed office space, and considerations for converting business structures.

FOX Family Security Workshop™ – July 18-19
New this year, the FOX Family Security Workshop will focus on the physical, personal, and cybersecurity risks families face today. This highly interactive event will feature a live hacking demonstration, a risk assessment exercise, and several peer-exchange opportunities for participants to ask each other questions and share their approaches to family security.
“This Workshop is meant to empower family offices with the strategies they need to protect their families,” says Tony Gebely, Chair of the FOX Technology Operations and Data Security Network. “Security industry veterans will provide real-world case studies and up-to-date security solutions.”
