Boustead client, OneJet, An Emerging Air Transportation Company, Raises Over $10M

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Boustead Securities, LLC (Member: FINRA/SIPC) client, OneJet, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based air transportation company that provides nonstop travel service in East Coast based small to mid-size markets announced that it has raised over $10 million.

OneJet has focused its transportation network on mid-sized cities that legacy airlines have mostly abandoned. Offering regularly scheduled flights for business and leisure purposes, OneJet’s largest and primary base is in Pittsburgh.

“OneJet’s nonstop services have met customer demands for expedited travel, and Boustead, as Placement Agent, is excited to support OneJet’s expansion with the additional funds it helped raise,” commented Mel Pirchesky, Managing Director at Boustead Securities.

OneJet Chairman and CEO Matthew Maguire shared his appreciation for Boustead’s assistance in securing the additional capital and commented, “Boustead worked hard to take the time to understand the complexity of the airline business and OneJet’s goals and strategies. The financing they helped secure should provide the capital we will need to increase our services and continue focusing on operational excellence as our network expands.”

In December 2017, OneJet announced the addition of its new OneJet Plus service, offering larger ERJ135 aircraft, with enhanced traveler amenities like expanded legroom at every seat, complimentary 4G high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary beer, wine, and snacks.  OneJet’s expansion also includes new nonstop routes from Pittsburgh to Palm Beach, Kansas City, and Memphis.
