The Top CEOs list annually recognizes leaders based entirely on employee feedback, which is shared anonymously on Glassdoor. Employee feedback consists of rating various factors, including overall employment satisfaction and other workplace attributes like senior management. Day was ranked 34th on the list with a 97 percent approval rating from iCIMS employees.
