WALDORF, Md., June 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Community Bank of the Chesapeake is hosting a poll to see who they should cash mob next in Calvert County. The Community Cash Mob is a group of Community Bank employees spending money together at the selected business and encouraging the public to do the same. The Community Bank team will also be handing out a limited number of vouchers to customers to spend at the business during the cash mob.
“The Community Cash Mob’s purpose is to engage the community in a fun and unique way to give back and support local shopping,” said Diane Hicks, Vice President, Director of Marketing at Community Bank of the Chesapeake. “There are many great local businesses to cash mob, so we are reaching out to our community to see who they would like us to cash mob.”
The Community Cash Mob poll will run from June 25 - July 6, 2018. The poll includes three local businesses in Calvert County, Maryland including Calvert Marine Museum Gift Shop, The Mermaid’s Cottage and Chesapeake’s Bounty. The business with the highest number of votes will be selected as Community Bank of the Chesapeake’s next business to cash mob in July. Click here to vote.
