Kraken Obtains DTC Eligibility of Common Shares


ST. JOHN’S, Newfoundland, June 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kraken Robotics Inc. (TSX-V:PNG) (OTCQB:KRKNF) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been made DTC eligible. This means they are eligible for book-entry delivery and depository services of the Depository Trust Company (DTC) to facilitate electronic settlement of transfers of its common shares in the United States.
