AS Nordecon and Valge 16 OÜ signed the contract for the design and construction works of an apartment building in Valge 16, Tallinn. The five-storey building with gross space of 10,165 m2 will accommodate 112 apartments and will also have one additional underground floor for parking.
The value of the works is 6.6 million euros, plus VAT. The construction works will be completed by November 2019.
