TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EOS Inc. (OTC:EOSS) announced Linna Chi is joining the company as its new Chief Senior Consultant, effective of July 18, 2018.
Chi joins EOS Inc. from Soon Mining Limited, an Australian listed company (ASX:SMG) where she was the CFO. In her role as CFO at SMG, Chi oversaw corporate finance, treasury, accounting, investor relations, internal audits and risk management.
She is also currently the Director of Kirin International Limited and Kirin International Management Consultants Limited (Taiwan) and Hu Chi Consulting (Shanghai) Company Ltd where she provides comprehensive consultancy services for gold mining and oil related businesses.
Prior to being CFO at SMG, Chi held a senior finance role with Pan Overseas Investments Co. Ltd, which controls two listed companies and several subsidiaries. With more than twenty years of financial management experience, Chi brings with her an extensive background of knowledge in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, taxation, investor relations, strategic planning and risk management.
