AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of Pikaliiva residential development project. The first phase of construction comprises two buildings with 66 apartments and will be completed in summer 2019.
Pikaliiva residential buildings are located in Tallinn Haabersti District, close to the lake of Harku. The development project comprises ten four-storeyed residential buildings. Houses of first phase are located at Pikaliiva 18 and Pikaliiva 20.
The buildings have energy class B rating. Car park will be built around the houses. Green areas and play area will be created in the interior courtyards.
The size of the apartments ranges between 34–84 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 1,820 to 2,200 euros.
