NeoGenomics Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock


FT. MYERS, Fla., Aug. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NeoGenomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEO), a leading provider of cancer-focused genetic testing services, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of approximately $125,000,000 of newly issued shares of common stock. NeoGenomics intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering.

The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. William Blair and Leerink Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Craig-Hallum Capital Group, Stephens Inc., First Analysis Securities Corp., and Janney Montgomery Scott are acting as co-managers for the offering.

NeoGenomics intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the growth of its business, including the acquisition of, and investment in, businesses that it believes will enhance the value of NeoGenomics, although there are no current commitments or agreements with respect to any such transactions. NeoGenomics may also use the net proceeds for working capital and for general corporate purposes including the repayment of existing indebtedness.
