Publication of Circular relating to the recommended proposal for Members Voluntary Liquidation.
The Company today announces the publication of a circular (the “Circular”) relating to the recommended proposal of the Company entering into a Members Voluntary Liquidation.
The Circular has today been posted to shareholders which includes the Notice of General Meeting (the “Notice”). The Circular and the Notice together with the Proxy Form and the Form of Instruction and Proxy can be found on the Company’s website at http://www.octopusinvestments.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
