BioCanCell Announces Company Name Change to Anchiano Therapeutics


CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Aug. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCanCell Ltd. (TASE: ANCN), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of novel therapies to treat cancer, today announced that the company is changing its name to Anchiano Therapeutics. Anchiano Therapeutics remains publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ANCN” (formerly “BICL”).
