TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eve & Co Incorporated (the “Company” or “EVE”) is pleased to confirm that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Natural MedCo Ltd., it entered into an agreement as of August 15, 2018 with the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation, which operates as the Ontario Cannabis Store (“OCS”) for the distribution of various cannabis products to the adult-use recreational market.
EVE intends to commence sales of recreational cannabis under its new “EVE” brand this October, a premiere recreational cannabis brand for women. “We are very excited to be partnering with the OCS in connection with supplying the adult-use market. We feel our brand’s vision and ideals around female empowerment, leadership, and wellness will resonate strongly with people from our home province,” commented Melinda Rombouts, President and CEO of EVE.
