OHA Investment Corporation Announces Amendment and Extension of its Credit Facility


NEW YORK, Sept. 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  OHA Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: OHAI) (the “Company”) today announced that it has amended its credit facility with MidCap Financial Trust ("Credit Facility") to extend the maturity date to September 9, 2019, which can be extended for an additional six-month period at the Company’s option. In connection with the extension, the Company made a repayment of principal of  $7.0 million of its Credit Facility, reducing the principal amount outstanding to $29.0 million.  The $7.0 million principal repayment is available to the Company to be re-borrowed as a delayed draw term loan, which is committed until September 9, 2019.

In addition, the interest rate for the borrowings under the Credit Facility was reduced to LIBOR plus 4.95% for Eurodollar Loans and prime plus 3.95% for Base Rate Loans. Certain financial covenants were also amended.
