Wall Street Journal Editor Ben DiPietro Joins LRN Corporation

DiPietro was Key Contributor to WSJ’s Highly Regarded Risk and Compliance Journal and Voice Behind the Morning Risk Report; Will Bring His Insights to LRN’s Industry Leading Work and Perspectives

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ben DiPietro, who served as a lead writer and editor at The Wall Street Journal’s Risk and Compliance Journal, Crisis of the Week, and Morning Risk Report, has joined ethics and compliance firm LRN Corporation. DiPietro will bring his business ethics journalism experience and contribute to the company’s ongoing thought leadership and pioneering work with corporations.

“Through his keen powers of observation and rigorous reporting at The Wall Street Journal, Ben DiPietro has contributed enormously towards sharpening our collective focus and strengthening our understanding of the ethics and compliance industry and discipline,” said Dov Seidman, LRN founder and CEO.

“For nearly 25 years, LRN has dedicated considerable resources towards elevating the conversation about, and helping leaders find competitive advantage through, purpose-inspired and values-based corporate culture and conduct.  Central to these efforts, has always been our development and sharing of research and insights on, and philosophical frameworks and practical approaches for, effective decision-making and behavior at all levels of an organization,” added Seidman. “I am excited that Ben is joining LRN and, along with my colleagues, look forward to working with him as we intensify these efforts, especially at this time of increasing focus on -- and scrutiny of -- corporate and individual conduct.”

“LRN remains at the forefront of the conversation about culture, values and ethics after two decades of leadership. I am honored to join the firm when its mission, capabilities and platform are so relevant, and am excited to contribute my voice to the dialogue,” said DiPietro. “Businesses and their leaders realize having a more engaged and nuanced understanding of ethics, culture and behavior is critical for sustainable success, and LRN can play an important role in fostering discussions to help companies attain their goals,” added DiPietro.
