Hill International to Resume Trading on the NYSE on October 18, 2018


PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (“Hill” or “the Company”), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that, as a result of becoming current in its periodic reports filed with the Securities Exchange Commission, it has received notice that the New York Stock Exchange will lift its suspension on the trading of the Company’s common stock, resume trading of the Company’s common stock, effective Thursday, October 18, 2018, under the Company’s previous ticker symbol, “HIL,” and will no longer pursue delisting proceedings against the Company.  The Company’s common stock has been trading since August 14, 2018 on the OTC Pink market under the symbol “HILI.”
