Erik Hagevik To Lead Sares Regis Group's Multifamily Development Plans in Denver, Colorado

Erik Hagevik joins Sares Regis Group as Senior Vice President of Residential Development


Irvine, California, Oct. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Multifamily development veteran Erik Hagevik has joined SARES REGIS GROUP as Senior Vice President of Residential Development.  Hagevik will be responsible for sourcing, entitling, designing and constructing development opportunities for SRG in the Denver, Colorado, region.

Hagevik has held key roles in the acquisition or development of more than 65 multifamily properties valued at more than $2.5 billion, since starting his career in 1995.

Most recently, Hagevik represented the Denver real estate interests of Holland Partner Group as chief operating officer. During his tenure beginning in 2011, Hagevik originated and managed 10 mixed-use developments, totaling 2,834 apartments and valued at more than $1 billion.

Before joining Holland, Hagevik was Fairfield Residential’s acquisition and development manager in Denver from 1995 to 2009.  While with Fairfield, Hagevik also oversaw acquisition, development and redevelopment of more than 13,800 apartments in six western states.

Hagevik earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate development from the University of Denver.  He is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Urban Land Institute, National Multihousing Council and Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
