RESTON, Va., Oct. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World Wide Technology (WWT), a market-leading, minority-owned technology solution provider, today announced that it has been selected as one of the prime contractors on the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract vehicle. This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract has five base years with four individual option years, and a potential value up to $12.1 billion.

ITES-3S will be used to support the Army’s enterprise services requirements, encompassing nearly all areas of information technology, including cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, IT administration, supply chain management, operation and maintenance, business process engineering and education and training. Under this contract, WWT will play a vital role in helping the Army meet its global missions.

"WWT has a long history of supporting the federal government and is proud to offer our technical expertise, advanced solutions, strategic partnerships and supply chain capabilities to assist the Army in meeting their enterprise IT requirements,” said Retired Army Lieutenant General Robert (Bob) Ferrell, vice president of Federal Strategy, World Wide Technology. “ITES-3S provides us an opportunity to continue delivering the integrated technology solutions we have been known for within the Army. We look forward to our ongoing partnership.”
