Lime Rock Partners Raises $688M
ROWAYTON, Conn., Nov. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eaton Partners, one of the world’s leading private capital advisory and fund placement firms and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF), is pleased to have acted as advisor and placement agent for Lime Rock Partners’ Fund VIII (“Fund VIII”). Fund VIII is a continuation of the strategy employed by Lime Rock Partners’ previous private equity funds and will invest primarily in oil and gas exploration and production, mineral interests, and shale services businesses.
Lime Rock closed $688 million in capital commitments for Fund VIII and a co-investment vehicle, receiving strong support from new and existing investors including notable public and corporate pension plans, insurance companies, global asset managers, endowments, foundations, and large family offices. Eaton Partners also served as the advisor and placement agent for Lime Rock Partners’ Fund VII.
