Company to release financial results on Wednesday, November 14, 2016 after market close and host conference call on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 8:30 AM ET

(NASDAQ: SGLB) (“Sigma Labs” or the “Company”), a provider of quality assurance software under the PrintRite3D® brand, announced today that is has updated the date on which it will report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018 to Wednesday, November 14, 2018 after market trading hours, due to the Veterans Day holiday and the closure of the SEC’s filing system on that date. Management will host a conference call to review financial results and corporate highlights on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 8:30 am ET.
Participating in the call will be John Rice, Chairman and CEO. And Nannette Toups, CFO. Following formal remarks there will be a Q&A session.
