Eero Hautaniemi appointed as President and CEO of Lassila & Tikanoja
Mr. Eero Hautaniemi, M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed as President and CEO of Lassila & Tikanoja plc starting from 1 January 2019.
Mr. Hautaniemi previously worked as President and CEO of Oriola Corporation. Before Oriola, he has served in several management positions at General Electric Corporation and Instrumentarium plc. Hautaniemi served as a member of Lassila & Tikanoja’s Board of Directors in 2007-2017.

Eero knows the company well and has an excellent background for making the company’s environmental, facility and industrial services even better together with Lassila & Tikanoja’s personnel,” says Heikki Bergholm, Chairman of Lassila & Tikanoja’s Board of Directors.
Lassila & Tikanoja’s Board of Directors and the current President and CEO Pekka Ojanpää have agreed that Mr. Ojanpää will leave the company on 30 November 2018 to start working as President & CEO of Suominen Corporation. The company’s CFO Tuomas Mäkipeska will serve as the interim President and CEO of Lassila & Tikanoja plc.
