Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme


Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 8 August 2018, Ageas reports the purchase of 113,000 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 12-11-2018 until 16-11-2018.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 13 August 2018, Ageas has bought back 1,239,938 shares for a total amount of EUR 55,210,818. This corresponds to 0.61% of the total shares outstanding.
