CEO MIKA VIRTANEN TO LEAVE ROBIT

Robit Plc's CEO Mika Virtanen and Robit's Board of Directors have jointly agreed that Mika Virtanen will
leave the company effective immediately. The company's Board of Directors has commenced the selection
process for a new CEO. CFO Ilkka Miettinen has been appointed as the company's interim CEO. The Chair
of the Board of Directors Harri Sjöholm will support Robit's management fulltime until the new CEO starts in
his or her position.

in these challenging circumstances. We wish Mika all the best in future," says Harri Sjöholm, the Chair of Robit's
Board of Directors.
