Husch Blackwell Relocates Dallas Office to 1900 Pearl

Newly Constructed Building Offers Amenities, Room to Grow

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that its Dallas office will relocate from the Trammell Crow Center to the newly constructed tower at 1900 Pearl in the Dallas Arts District, effective Dec. 17. The move signifies the firm’s continued commitment to growing its presence in Dallas.

The firm’s new offices will provide outstanding views of Klyde Warren Park, with convenient access to many restaurants and entertainment for lawyers, clients and staff. Building features will include onsite parking for all employees, contemporary workspaces and a state-of-the-art amenity center which contains a workout facility and luxury lounge space.

“We are moving our office into a great neighborhood in the heart of the city overlooking the park,” said Rick Illmer, Husch Blackwell’s Dallas Office Managing Partner. “Our employees will have a welcoming new place to work in one of the premier buildings in town with ample space to connect with colleagues and clients. The location, design and layout of the new space are consistent with our firm’s culture of collaboration and teamwork.”

The new location also aligns with the firm’s goal of utilizing space as efficiently as possible and being good stewards of environmental and natural resources. The office features smart-office design, upgrades to teleconference capabilities, technologies that assist in reducing paper use and waste, and energy efficiency.

Earlier this year, Husch Blackwell welcomed a group of 14 lawyers to its offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin from Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP. The firm’s new office space will allow for further growth in Dallas, consistent with the firm’s goal of expanding service the Texas legal marketplace.
