Streamlined workflow and transactions are tracked using a distributed ledger to record the golden source details of the shipment, automate the paperwork, and provide confidence in issuing payment.
The 1SHIFT trials will deliver the core capabilities for a shipper to select amongst a preferred set of carriers, and then track the shipment until it is successfully delivered. A trucker will provide trip status and flag any issues via the mobile phone application to minimize the required communication with the shipper and get help to clear any obstacles for on-time delivery.
