New York, NY, Dec. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Berkadia announced today the hiring of Dori Nolan as Senior Vice President, National Client Services, a strategic addition to the company’s investment sales team intended to focus on strengthening client relationships as the company continues to grow its national footprint.
As Berkadia’s SVP, National Client Services, a newly-created role for the firm, Ms. Nolan will liaise between the firm’s prominent investment sales and mortgage banking teams while working to grow relationships with clients across the country, establishing a seamless channel of customer support and education on Berkadia’s service line. Ms. Nolan will report to Keith Misner, Head of Investment Sales, while working closely alongside Hilary Provinse, Head of Mortgage Banking, and Ernie Katai, Head of Production.

Prior to her new role with Berkadia, Ms. Nolan served as a partner with Capri Capital Partners, where she was responsible for overseeing the sourcing and underwriting of new acquisitions, disposition activity, and financing efforts for Capri Capital Partners. In this role, Ms. Nolan handled acquisition and disposition activity for nearly $3 billion in assets in the last three years. She brings to Berkadia a multifaceted and extensive background in commercial real estate, with expertise in real estate equity and debt investment activities including origination (underwriting, negotiating and structuring and restructuring), direct and joint venture investing, and portfolio risk management.
