BERWYN, Pa., Jan. 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archer®, a technology-enabled services innovator for the investment management industry, today announced that Christina Benoit and Francis McCartan have joined the organization as Vice Presidents, Business Development.
Christina Benoit, an experienced investment middle office effectiveness consultant, joins Archer from Accenture to work with investment managers seeking effective business growth. Archer’s scalable solutions enable investment managers to manufacture and distribute investment products including custom ESG portfolios, separate accounts, portfolio models, mutual funds, and ETFs, among others. Benoit will leverage the comprehensive offering to help firms meet front and middle office challenges. Benoit’s prior experience partnering with investment firms to devise solutions to middle office challenges spans nearly thirty years and includes positions with InvestTech Systems, MacGregor, SS&C Technologies, and Thomson Reuters. Her rich perspective will be leveraged in support of Archer’s current and potential investment manager clients.
Fran McCartan joins Archer from Buckingham Research Group where, as head of sales, he focused on delivering value-added research solutions to institutional investment firms. He comes to Archer as a FINRA license holder (7, 63, 24, 55). At Archer, Fran will lead the market introduction of Archer’s newly developed Custom ESG portfolio construction and distribution capabilities. Archer’s proprietary technology leverages leading ESG research to enable custom factor-tilted portfolio models. This technology supports sponsor-level ESG model marketplace distribution, as well as investment manager level product manufacturing and individual portfolio customization. Fran’s expertise in research-driven portfolio construction processes will be leveraged by investment firms looking to gain headway with ESG-conscientious investors.
