HOUSTON, Jan. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.132 per share of common stock, or $0.528 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on February 14, 2019 to all stockholders of record on February 8, 2019.
The fourth quarter 2018 dividend to be paid in February 2019 is unchanged from the third quarter 2018 dividend and represents an increase of 10 percent over the fourth quarter 2017 dividend of $0.12 per share.
