ISS (ISS.CO, ISS DC, ISSDY), a leading global provider of facility services, hereby announces that an ordinary election of group employee representatives to the Board of Directors of ISS A/S has been held with Joseph Nazareth, Head of Group HSEQ and CR (re-elected); Elsie Yiu, Regional Legal Business Partner APAC (newly elected); and Nada Elboayadi, Head of Global Big Data (newly elected) being elected as Board members for a term of four years. The newly elected group employee representatives will join the Board of Directors following the Annual General Meeting on 10 April 2019. At the same time, Palle Fransen Queck and Pernille Benborg will resign.
As alternates Signe Adamsen (Head of Workplace Experience), Janek Blankensteiner (Attorney-at-law) and Pernille Benborg (Head of Group Compliance & Financial Reporting) have been elected (in the order listed).
