AS Tallink Grupp statistics for January 2019


In January 2019 AS Tallink Grupp transported 549 278 passengers, which is a 7.3% decrease compared to January 2018. The number of cargo units increased by 4.9% to 31 475 units and the number of passenger vehicles decreased by 3.6% to 71 236 units in the same comparison.

The following operational factors influenced the development in January 2019:

ESTONIA – SWEDEN

The cruise ferry Baltic Queen did not operate on the route for 26 days due to scheduled maintenance. Cargo vessel Regal Star did not operate on the route for 6 days due to scheduled maintenance.

ESTONIA – FINLAND

Shuttle vessel Star did not operate on the route for 14 days due to scheduled maintenance.

FINLAND – SWEDEN

The cruise ferry Silja Symphony did not operate on the route for 14 days due to scheduled maintenance. The cruise ferry Galaxy did not operate on the route for 12 days due to scheduled maintenance.

LATVIA – SWEDEN

The cruise ferry Isabelle did not operate on the route for 2 days due to maintenance.
