("Block X" or the "Company") (CSE: BXXX) announces the appointment of Mr. Arni Johannson to Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Alexander “Alex” Helmel as Chief Financial Officer, effective today. In connection with such appointments, Mr. Rahim Rajwani stepped down as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the company wishes to thank Mr. Rajwani for his service to Block X.
Mr. Arni Johannson, who steps in as CEO, is the President of Canadian Nexus Ventures Ltd, a family-based business since the early 1990’s. He has over 30 years of experience in the Canadian Capital Markets focusing on building assets and senior management teams while executing a defined business plan.
Through Canadian Nexus, Mr. Johannson’s investments have covered; Health Sciences, Pulp & Paper, Energy, Mining Exploration, Film & Entertainment, Agriculture and Technology sectors in a wide variety of locations around the world.
Mr. Alexander Helmel, CFO, brings over 14 years of experience working with capital markets and over 20 years in the technology sector. Specializes in developing corporate growth strategies, building senior management teams, and developing corporate assets. BSc. (Mathematics).
