TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. (“GCIC”) is pleased to announce that CMP 2019 Resource Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) has completed the first closing of its initial public offering of limited partnership units (the "Units"). The Partnership sold 18,739 Units for gross proceeds of $18,739,000. The Partnership is managed by GCIC.
The Partnership anticipates completing a second and final closing on or about March 21, 2019. Units of the Partnership are being offered in all provinces and territories in Canada at a price of $1,000 per Unit with a minimum subscription of $5,000 (5 Units).
