Executive Researchers from Leading Search Firms to Convene in London for AESC’s Executive Research 4.0 Forum

NEW YORK, Feb. 19, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Executive research professionals from top executive search firms in the UK, Europe and beyond will convene for AESC's Executive Research 4.0 Forum, on March 14, 2019 at London’s St. Ermin's Hotel. The event will focus on the role of executive research in today’s Industry 4.0 business climate.

Expert executive research trainer Rachel Roche, Founder & President of Smart Search™, will open the event with an interactive session on “The Art of Persuasion,” focusing on strategies and techniques to connect with candidates and represent the client and a role as a win-win for all stakeholders.

Marie Terese Letorney, Founder & Director of Ask your Voice™, will lead an innovative session, enabling executive researchers to find and optimize their voice, enhance their persona, empower their communication skills in a diverse society, and build fast connections with elevated impact.

Laura Stoker, Executive Director, Global Training at AIRS®, will share the latest recruitment and sourcing strategies and innovative approaches to find passive executive candidates in today’s competitive market.

Kate Youll, Director of Youll Consulting and Associate at Interview EDGE®, will take participants on an interactive journey through the interview process that will catapult their confidence and increase their ROI as an interviewer.

Clare Mahon, AESC Managing Director for the Europe & Africa region, will frame executive research in the Industry 4.0 business environment, sharing insights from “Leading Transformation: Shaping Today’s C-Suite for Innovation”, new original research from AESC, focusing on the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s impact on C-Suite roles.

Executive researchers arriving in London for the event will also have the opportunity to participate the day before on March 13, 2019, in AESC’s full day immersion Certificate in Executive Research Workshop. This rigorous course is the first live, face-to-face opportunity to earn the AESC Certificate in Executive Research, typically a virtual program that takes weeks for participants to complete. The intensive one-day London workshop will cover all aspects of the program in a day and prepare executive researchers for the exam to earn the official AESC Certificate in Executive Research credential.

Karen Greenbaum, AESC President and CEO, commented: "AESC Forums provide cutting-edge professional insights in a dynamic, non-competitive, interactive environment. This year we continue to focus on sharing best practices, emerging executive research techniques, and different approaches to the challenges faced by today's executive research teams, but now within the context of digital transformation.”

AESC's event is sponsored by AESC partners AIRS, Cluen, Invenias and Mintz Group. To learn more about AESC's Executive Research Forum, or to register, please visit the AESC website at aesc.org.
