TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guardian Capital LP announced that effective on or about April 29, 2019, it will be terminating Guardian Growth & Income Fund and Guardian Private Wealth Equity Fund. Effective immediately, units of the funds are no longer offered for sale. Unitholders will not be required to pay any fees in connection with these fund terminations. However, the funds may make distributions of income to unitholders prior to their termination.
