Technical Communications Corporation Reports Nasdaq Acceptance of plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule


CONCORD, Mass., March 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Technical Communications Corporation (NasdaqCM: TCCO) today announced that on March 11, 2019, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications department of the Nasdaq Stock Market notified the Company that it had accepted the Company’s plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which permits the continued listing of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Nasdaq granted the Company an extension until no later than May 10, 2019 to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 29, 2018 together with its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 29, 2018.
